Connecting a MacBook M1 to the Corel Cloud

I have installed the Corel Graphics Suite on my MacBook Pro M1. I cannot get the program to connect to the Corel Cloud via the MacBook, even though I have no issues doing so on both my iPad and online version of the Corel Draw app. Does anyone out there have the same issue, and/or a solution? The support people at Corel have given me a couple of suggestions, none of which have worked.

Chances are the software is pre-2020. If it is, get info on the application, and select to run in Rosetta.

Check that Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Security -> Files and Folders has Corel Cloud added. Typically cloud programs that need access need themselves added to the Security preferences.

If that doesn't work, recommend you get onto the Corel forums to see if anyone else is using it on an M1 Mac.
