Ham radio programming apps for Mac OS

There seems to be no app for programming ham radios other than Chirp, which is a VERY buggy app. Are there any software developers who can create easy-to-use, dummy-friendly apps for programming ham radios in Mac OS? Ham radio forums are very unhelpful, they have a pathological hatred of Macs.
