Signed up for Apple TV using my iPhone, my Sony tv is asking me to sign up for Apple TV. Do O have to pay monthly for each device for Apple TV???

You can access the subscription content on any of your devices that has the Apple TV app.
On smart TVs, sign in to the Apple TV app through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with the Apple ID account that has the subscription.
