Screen on MacBook Air is frozen and keyboard is unresponsive... off button does not work, fan is making a lot of noise.
My screen froze, my keyboard is unresponsive, I've been pushing the off button for almost an hour and it hasn't budged. It is also making a lot of noise with the fan. Any ideas on how to get it off?
