How do I amend the personal details on an account I set up for my child?

When I purchased my children their first Ipad's I set them up with their own accounts which I had control over...

I mistakenly added the incorrect Date of Birth for my eldest daughter as at the time it made no difference. She is now 13 and has requested we set up Apple Pay on her account. To do this I need to amend her DOB to the correct details as at present she is down as being 11 years old.

Can anyone help as to how I go about this please?... I can't find how to anywhere

Update the birth date.
Follow the onscreen steps to send an email request to your family organizer.
Your family organizer will get an email with instructions to approve the request.
