Please advice The best Macbook sittinges to improve my picture quality on an Apple MacBook or iMac.

Camera quality Macbook 2020 I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro 2020. My wife has a MacBook Air 2017. I am highly surprised at how much worse the webcam quality is on my computer. I get a quite grainy picture on the Macbook Pro 2020 whereas the Macbook Air 2017 has a really good and clear picture. I've now read plenty of similar complaints regarding 2019 and 2020 models. I've spent a lot of money on my computer and these days I am spending half of my days on videoconferences. It's amazing that a $1K+ computer has such a bad quality camera and that Apple is not doing anything about this. My questions are: What are people doing, software-wise, to get fix this? Why isn't apple doing anything about this? Thanks.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. What model of MacBook Pro are you using? We ask that because older MacBooks come equipped with a 720p FaceTime HD camera. There are no settings to improve the photo quality. We hope this helps you.
