I bought two new Apple computers and they charged me again for music I bought long time ago and do not use. I no longer use Apple I tunes but the key charged me again for music I did not want on my account Brian Skelly

Did you re-purchase the tracks on a new Apple ID? If so, that would trigger new charges.
If the charges appeared without action on your part, you can request a refund:
