My Apple account has been compromised

New to Apple and was right away in a compromised account. Someone has opened several business accounts. Stuck me is some developer sight for (API's) what ever that is and a "sandbox account" what ever that is........ my safari says it can't go to any web sight I want to go to cause it says either can't find a server the values are incorrect or we address don't exist. I didn't even join this forum. It seems that this developer person signed me up . My Facebook says I have a online job through them and now I have a bunch of social media platforms I never knew existed... my husband and I don't have a lot of money and they have stoked over $30,000 in the last 10 months. I can't even see in my Apple account because is highlife anywhere I would want to toggle or click so I can't click it. I really need some help.... PLEASE... I believe they have a different domain name but nicknamed it the same way.
