Interesting. I had thought that Apple had chosen to delay that feature. Good to know.
What is "it"? How would "it" know if a picture contained a naked person?
I suspect the answer is "no", no such notification is sent but, without more details, I'm unwilling to say that with certainty.
Sorry for the confusion I was trying to just send my question in but I guess it was posted here and I didn’t realize that. But of course the bot answers don’t give me anymore information then what I already had, go figure. I’m guessing it’s no or they would have said so in the article they answered with twice lol.

Apple does not get access to the messages, and no notifications are sent to the parent or anyone else.
