Time and date on Lock Screen is always the same wrong daye

How do I delete the time/date that’s the same wrong date.

I’ve tried taking a new photo, but it’s still on the Lock Screen.

I’ve tried changing date in settings.

I’ve tried the right corner swipe.

It sounds like the date is part of the image that you are using for the lock screen. Try switching to one of the built-in wallpaper choices.
