Amazon.ae should sell you an original iPhone, i.e, a phone that is made by Apple, but that does not mean that it will be unlocked. Some or most Authorized resellers only sell phones that are locked to a particular cellular carrier - the only way to know is to contact Amazon in your country and ask them.
