Witam serdecznie,
Mam mały problem. Zapomniałam hasła do iphone X i chciałam go odtworzyć poprzez aplikacje iTunes.
Po otwarciu oprogramowania wyskakuje mi komunikat o wystąpieniu nieznanego błędu 4010.
szukałam informacji na supporcie na temat owego błędu ale nic nie mogę znaleźć.
Z góry dziękuję za pomoc. :)
On the iPhone -> Go to Settings -> Display and Brightness -> Auto-Lock set to Never.

Guess you use a Windows PC, if so check the AV & Firewall on the PC.
Disable your AV & Firewalls temporarily while you restore & update your apple device.
Use an original Apple USB cable.
Turn Off Hotspot.
Turn Off or remove VPN if necessary.

Już czytałam i robiłam wszystko tam opisane. Nie mam zielonego pojecia co może być nie tak.
