How do I get my ringtone back.

I had to restore my phone and lost my purchased ringtone. However, it shows up under ringtones in my iTunes on my computer. It is also in my purchased stuff.
I did a transfer and a sync but under options and sounds it is still not there. Just the packaged ringtones that came with the phone show up.
How can I get this back on my phone?
