I receive and send Charter emails on my iPhone but they do not automatically delete when I deleted them from my desktop which are in Outlook on Windows. I have to deleted them on my iPhone even though I have deleted them on Outlook on my desktop before.

To help isolate this, after deleting them from your Windows computer check the Charter webmail site to see if the email shows deleted there. It may take a moment to push the changes from your computer to their servers, then your other devices so they sync up. Also, if you delete them from your iPhone, do they delete from your Windows computer or do you need to manually delete them there? Thanks for getting back to us. It may be the Charter email is set up as a POP3 email account on your PC. In that case it would be expected behavior. We'd advise contacting Spectrum Support.

I have to delete the emails separately on Windows (which I use Outlook) even if I have deleted them on my iPhone. It’s like they are not connected at all.
