How do I unlock Guided Access if the whole screen is blocked and I am not allowed to use my fingerprint to open the phone - I can only input my access passcode (which I can’t since the whole screen is blocked)??
My son disabled the entire screen when setting up guided access. When he was done with guided access he used the wrong finger for figure print identification several times and was then prompted to type his unlock code.
the whole screen is blocked. There is no way to type anything.
how do we get out of this?
