AirPods Pro

Im trying to connect my AirPods pro to a replacement case but its almost like the case isn't reading the AirPod. what can I do to resolve this issue?

Airpod pro case won’t recognize my new airpods So I bought a new set of airpods after losing the old case and figured I would just go ahead and upgrade.
