How to contact Apple finance issues!?

Why is Apple charging me for subscriptions or something I don't have! On 28/4/2022 apple has deducted money from my bank account! My bank sent me an sms says that Apple.com/bill has deducted 79,99 Riyal Saudi! & when I opened my Apple account history bills I don’t have an subscription for this amount of money! 79,99 SAR.  Check out the details from the bank! :|
