App Store and ITunes

Hi! I wanted to update certain apps but couldn’t access my App Store for it says that my App Store and ITunes were locked. I recently changed my Apple ID’s password and I logged it in for a couple of times but I still couldn’t resolve the issues. Help pls

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
