Can you write letter and mail it to Apple?

I need to write to Apple because I have talked yo them 4 times on phone for support and they didn’t help resolve my issue. I need to formally write to them to notify them that someone has stolen my Apple ID and phone # associated with that and they could have impersonated me to continue using an Apple account that I requested be deleted. Does anyone know the physical address you can send correspondences to by chance? This about my iPhone 11 not 13
