Regarding sharing medical records in Health App ...

My question is this; obviously the ultimate goal would be for my Health Care Provider to be in partnership with Apple therefore it would be inclusive of linking as Apple has created the program to function. With my medical records I am able to access my Primary Account Provider's App, My Chart, and can download all of my records to share with whosever I feel is relevant.. Is there any way to uncompress that zip file and transfer all the information to Health App?
