Wifi in my mac taking atleast 30 sec to connect

Lately my mac book pro taking atleast 30 sec to a minute to connect to wifi. Either in my home or outside of my home which I connect very regularly. When I click on Wifi icon, even I don't see the list, I have to wait for some time then list of wifi near by pops up and then another 20 sec for me to connect.

Usually it is very quick when you switch on wifi button, it used to connect immediately. I am seeing this since last couple of months. Please suggest me any solution.

I am using mac book pro 13 2020 with Apple M1 chip.

Software issues can easily interfere with a WiFi connection and is generally the most common cause I see when trying to get macOS to connect to a known good WiFi network. Try booting into Safe Mode to see if it connects more quickly which can confirm.
