i got a new phone and I have EarPods but they worked just fine. Recently I lost my AirPods for a day and I found them again. Nothing ever happened to them but they sound really low no matter how high my volume is. I cleaned my AirPods and they still are low

The iPhone could be off, its battery depleted, stolen, out of communications range, damaged, dunked, there are myriad reasons why location data might not be available.

Nothing you can do to clear this, other than directly contacting Apple Support. Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.

Here is what to do: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

Did you buy it from Apple within the last 14 days? If so, gather up all the parts, the packaging and the receipt and take it back to the Apple Store. If you ordered online, see the instructions here:
