The Low Battery warning cannot be disabled or suppressed.
If the low battery warning is troublesome while you are using your iPad, have you considered leaving your iPad connected to its Power Adapter for your extended gaming sessions?
Your iPad is fully usable while it is charging from its Power Adapter - or a USB PowerBank battery. If the charging cable that was supplied with your iPad is too short, you can purchase a longer cable.
Assuming that your iPad has a Lightning Port - and your Power Adapter has an older USB Type-A socket:

Troubleshooting Battery Notifications:
What's the Battery Health?:
With a High-Battery Health, you'll less frequently get this message.
View the Battery Health:
Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.
You can't. If you want to throw your iPad and destroy it over a notification you are low on power, that's your choice. But it's a foolish choice. Keep your battery charged and you won't be warned the battery is too low.
