Yesterday i was purchased a brand new iphone 13 128gb from oxygen store, Ernakulam. Serial number shows on that is started from “F. In my knowledge serial number start with “F” is refurbished, that means my iphone is refurbished or not.?

Determining a Refurbished Device:
I misunderstood your post, reading "how it is sell on outlet". All is fine. It is not refurbished.

Yes. This is a refurbished iPhone.

It seems you were scammed, though a full-assumption on my part. So, return this. However, maybe in the seller's Terms & Conditions, they labeled it as such a device to sell.
As i discussed with the ipro (apple promoter) about return of my product he is surely saying that this product is not a refurbished one, he is saying that “Model number is using for identify the phone is refurbished, not using serial number for it" i need a clarity about this. for your reference i am sharinge screenshot of my iphone about., please check and reply.
