Apple ID balance not getting updated
Added Rs 500 to my Apple ID, shows a debit in my statement however, Apple ID balance does not reflect the same value.

Funds transfers can take up to 48 hours to complete.

In addition to what Raicya said, make a backup, sign out of icloud- restart your device and sign back in.
