Macbook it's freezing and some red horizontal stripes appear when I try to watch a video ( Apple TV, Youtube Netflix)

My Macbook 13 (2015) it's freezing and some red horizontal stripes appear when I try to watch a video, especially apple TV or other streaming like Netflix, Prime, Hbo, and also YouTube but I noticed that it's happening when I do full screen, I saw it on the internet and even on your customer help pages, which is a problem that you have come up with very often, but you don't have any help, I've already updated the software, I've cleared the cookies, I've changed it and nothing....

Try the following:


Update macOS.

Try Safe Mode.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.


If that does not help, then get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.
