How do I split a 50 minute voice recording into smaller bits without losing any information? I need to send by email but it’s 93meg and I cannot send by email. I want to split it into 4 without losing any of it (it’s meeting minutes)

Seems a good idea to always keep an original recording intact.
Here's one method:
If you want, you can just duplicate the original recording,
(Select / highlight the file .. Choose File > Duplicate ....
new duplicate file will appear in the sidebar as "(filename) copy"
Using the duplicate, trim one section you want to keep, allowing the rest to be discarded / deleted.
NB: Save the trimmed recording carefully giving the file a new name.
Repeat, making another duplicate recording, choosing the next section .... etc...
until you have all four sections with different names.
