Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.


We have an article that has some steps that might resolve this issue: If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You may only need to clear website data:


"You can clear website data occasionally to improve Safari performance. If you still need help, follow these steps:


  1. Go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Tap Clear History and Website data.
  3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm."


If that doesn't work, restarting and connecting to another Wi-Fi network might help too.


If the issue is only with a single website, then we'd suggest contacting the website developer.
