How to factory reset Apple TV without a screen?

My Apple TV has a constant blinking light on it and it doesn’t show any video input to my TV. I’ve unplugged it for 5 minutes and plugged it back in and it still doesn’t show any video. I’ve switched HDMI ports on my TV and I’ve switch HDMI cords. Also I tested a second Apple TV using the same HDMI & power cord and the second Apple TV worked so I know it’s not the cords or the TV. I think I have to do the last resort unfortunately and factory reset the Apple TV but I don’t know how to do this without going into the settings with a screen.
