That's a scam app. It's made by a Russian/Belarusian company. They are hiring in Minsk and Moscow.

I never tried that app, but since it's free, you can give it a shot (downloading/installing the app from AppStore).
If it meets your needs, okay; if it doesn't, contact their support team for any further questions, or remove it from your device.

Giulio
Yes, it’s a safe assumption that it doesn’t contain malware or viruses. But I don’t see anything useful that it does that the built in features of iOS don’t do already. And it’s published privacy policy as described in its App Store listing is highly invasive; it sells your personally identifiable information to advertisers. So I can’t recommend it.
Malware is rare in the App Store, but there are more than a few apps that will provide little or no benefit, or that can or will track or otherwise monetize users’ activities and users’ data and for little provided benefit to the user.
Apps cannot scan other apps and cannot scan iOS, and cannot perform file scans nor cleaning of other installed apps, and cannot “clean” an iPhone or iPad.
Past network traffic capture, apps can also request access to a whole lot of your private information, too.
Apps can capture and monetize your network traffic, what websites you’ve visited, and other details, whatever other local information you’ve authorized access to, and this can all be information which is very useful to sell to others including advertisers and to data collection agencies.
What this particular app might or might not do within the existing iOS and iPadOS access limits, I don’t know. Check the app vendor’s privacy statement, if one has been posted.
As for malware on iPhone and iPad, there’s little of that around, and the App,Store and related baggage means Apple can remotely block what is detected, and what malware is around (e.g. Pegasus and ilk) tends to be targeted at specific people, and not generally spread around.

Do you have a link or at least a screenshot for this app? I don't get any matches on the App Store. It sure sounds like a scam.
Hello, Giulio, that app appears to be for scheduling house cleaning services from a specific cleaning service in parts of New Jersey. If the OP lives in Southern NJ it might be useful.
Yes, Lorenzo 👍
I'm sorry it's called Smart Cleaner. Is it okay to assume their isn't any malware or viruses attached to an app in the Apple Store?
