dots appears while using the 2.5x telephoto camera lens

I'm using iPhone 12 Pro Max and just noticed that I have two black spots like the one mentioned here - A black dot appears when i use the 2.5x t… - Apple Community, while using the 2.5x telephoto camera lens. They disappear when I move an object near it, as it focuses on the object, but the moment I remove it the dots reappear again. It concerns me a lot, because I haven't dropped the phone recently, and I'm taking care of it very well. Could you please advice me what to do and how to fix it, thanks in advance.
