IMEI is embedded in hardware; it uniquely identifies the cellular radio in your phone and differentiates it from all other cell phones in the world. If it is missing there is a serious hardware problem in the logic board.

Cant do that im stuck in activation. But iphone is already activated, unlocked. Iphone is clean.
Go to Settings/General/About. Is there an IMEI shown? If not, your phone needs to be repaired.
No imei. I can see only Serial number.
if it is a hardware issue what kind of hardware?
