can pair it to my phone. My phone completely crashed so I got a new one and wasn’t able to unpaid it. Now I have reset my watch but it won’t pair bc it needs update. So it’s stuck on the screen to pair a phone

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then;

Set up and pair Apple Watch
