BELKIN ULTRAGLASS SPA IPH 13/13 PRO-ZML

I am writing about the screen protector iPhone 13 pro ultra glass that I bought from Apple. Today I just saw on my screen a stream and a blank. Is it normal for this thing to happen in a month? How can I request a new one because I did not do this process, could it be that the person who did it did not provide a good service in the apple shop or product? I paid more for more security and they give me a guarantee more. not sure belkin or apple need to get response
