Can’t navigate page. Letters too big. Stuck! Can’t get to settings? iPhone 11 Pro Max 11.

Looks like Zoom is ON?
Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.
Try this -> Tap with your three fingers on the screen and slide the screen until you can tap Settings and further.
