My Face ID stopped working after the update

My Face ID stopped working after the update and it’s getting on my nerves and now that I’m trying to make a new Face ID it’s not working!!!

I have not been able to use my Face ID for probably over a year. I did everything they said. I took it to my service carriers and they couldn’t figure it out and suggested contacting Apple. I finally spoke with Apple and they couldn’t find any problems in the diagnostics and set me up with an appt at an authorized Apple tech. Went through all the same things and everything shows my phone to be fine. Including Face ID. Go figure … What do you suggest I do now?
