Has anyone else had this issue? Getting the code S500F2A1LG009V012 when connecting an HDMI adaptor with lightening. Tried to do an update and it didn’t work.
People who have reported seeing this in the past are using an inexpensive Chinese-made adapter that needs a firmware update; the QR code shown will take you to a Chinese web site where you can download the firmware, but installation requires the download and install of the appropriate app from the App Store for your adapter.
