Battery maximum capacity
my iPhone X is 3 days old and already the maximum capacity is 99% . What could be the cause?

Lithium ion batteries, even if not used, will eventually lose capacity. And, the ability of the phone to monitor the battery does have a margin of error. I wouldn't worry about 1%.
