If you have an iPhone 12 or 13 connected to 5G cellular you can update over cellular data.

Otherwise, you will need a computer (Mac or PC) with iTunes or Finder to update. See here: link-> Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes - Apple Support
