I need to cancel a subscription and to get a refund

Amount has been withdraw from my visa , because i tried free trial in “my fitnesspal “ app

And i tried to cancel subscription but i dont know the way for that , and right now the amount (999L.E)was withdraw but i want to cancel subscription please and restrect my money please.
