Can not update the game
Can not update brawl star. Unable to reach the developer. Appears to be locked out of the game, the error msg reads something like i am restricted
please help

I would consider reaching out to the game developer, there must be some kind of way to communicate with the developer (Customer Support via Phone or Mail). Updating the game is done directly from the app store, that's what it's for, but if you are locked out of the game you are either banned or the game's servers are down.
