Apple Watch
I cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch on the Home Screen to check notifications or control center but I’m able to swipe on other screens how do i fix that

Try resetting the Watch. This will not affect any of your data. Press and hold the Digital Crown and the power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The Watch will reboot. Check.
