Settings>Screentime>Content&privacy restrictions. Top of screen says view profile and underneath says this device is also restricted to a profile. What does this mean. My daughters phones don’t have this. But mine does.

Tap on the View Profile link.
Do you have a work email account on yours?
With some app or something you participated in that Profile was added with your consent. Remove it if you no longer need it.
Did you buy it from Apple? You have never had a school, business, or other institution email account on it? Are you updated to iOS 15.4.1? Finally have you sideloaded any apps that were not in the App Store?
Given the type of profile it is you joined some sort of program where you just use your phone and you get points for free stuff. Then the profile tracks your usage patterns and provides it to clients.
Bought from Verizon then changed carriers to Xfinity and now with T-Mobile. I have a company email as of recently but not associated with my personal cellphone. iOS up to date and I have no idea what sideloaded is.
No I purchased this phone for myself a couple years ago and just recently have noticed this.
I’ve read the information but I still don’t understand how it has happened. Does someone else have “control “ of my device?
