How can I stop my daughter’s pics from mixing with mine

It appears that you and your daughter are sharing the same Apple ID. When you do this, the overlap of data (Photos, Texts, Notes etc) happens. If you are sharing the same Apple ID then my recommendation is that you not do that and look into using separate Apple IDs and 👉 Family Sharing.

Stop sharing an Apple ID. You each need your own. If she is under 13, you will have to create one for her using family sharing.

Restrict Photos in Screen Time:

This is syncing because Photos is enable in iCloud. Set up Screen Time on your daughter's phone (if necessary), and then disable Photos.
