Is replacing the top screen a possibility, or must I completely replace my MacBook?
It is possible, but it will be expensive to do. You might just want to get a new one.

Only you can make that decision. You will need to do some checking as to if repairing it is cost effective. or better to but a new or refurbished MacBook.
