Latest episode not available despite season pass

I've had this problem before - in May 2021. I have updated my information here, but the issue has arisen again. Last time, the "missing" episode appeared within a few hours but no reason for the delay was ever found.


I am running TV 1.0.6.8 on OS 10.15.7 on a 2019 16” MacBook Pro, the TV app on iOS 14.5 on an iPhone 13 Pro, and iTunes 12.8.2.3 on OS 10.11.6 on a 2008 iMac. I cannot find or download this episode (The Rookie, Season 4, Episode 20, “Enervo”) on Apple platforms on any of these setups. Every other episode has been made available on TV/iTunes the morning after it airs; this is apparently the case with Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and Google Play, among others, but not on the Apple platform.


I paid for a season pass and I don’t want to pay extra on another platform for one episode. Please track down whoever is responsible for remedying this situation; I see many other users on the ABC and Apple websites reporting the same problem.
