I want to turn off two factor identification

If two-factor authentication was enabled when the Apple ID was created, or if two-factor has been enabled for more than two weeks, it cannot be disabled. If two-factor was recently enabled, see the mail message related to enabling it.

It is not possible to turn off two factor authentication once it is turned on. It is required as a security feature.
