No noice cancellation menu

My iPhone 11 does not display the Airpods 3rd gen. noice cancellation menu option. Any ideas on what to do?

Looks to me like you have a pair of 3rd gen AirPods which do no have noise cancelling. Only the AirPod Pro with the in ear silicone tips have noise cancelling.
