How do I get my Apple Account reactivated without loosing any of my stuff?

As long as you are able to get it reactivated you should not lose anything.

If your apple ID has been disabled follow these steps:

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
