Does the iPhone XS Max have a 0.5x lens?

I've been looking for a new iPhone, and I want to make sure it has a 0.5x zoom. Google isn't very helpful and I've become confused between a wide lens vs Ultra wide. Does the XS Max have a 0.5x zoom? Also what's the difference between wide and ultra wide zoom? To keep me from getting confused again, please answer in this format : Yes/no, the iPhone XS Max does(n't) have 0.5x zoom. The difference between wide and ultra wide is... Thanks in advance!

No, the iPhone XS Max doesn't have 0.5x zoom.

The difference between wide and ultra wide is that the ultra wide has a larger field of view (meaning it zooms out farther than the wide lens).

If you are looking for an iPhone with the ultra wide lens, look at any iPhone starting from the 11 and 11 Pro (these phones were the first ones to have ultra wide).
